Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem! You can reschedule anytime through your Client Portal with at least 24 hours' notice. Just know that no-shows aren't eligible for rescheduling.
Do you offer refunds?
Sessions are non-refundable once purchased. If you haven't booked yet, your purchase stays valid for 90 days from when you bought it — after that, it expires. If I'm ever unable to deliver a session due to an emergency, I'll make it right with a make-up session or refund for that session.
How do sessions work — what platform do we use?
All sessions are live video calls over Google Meet. You'll get the meeting link in your confirmation and reminder emails.
I'm not sure which package is right for me — how do I choose?
Start with the free 15-minute chat — no pitch, no pressure, just a real conversation. If it becomes obvious which package fits what you're working through, I'll say so plainly; if not, you'll still walk away with something useful.
Do you guarantee I'll get hired / land the pivot / break in?
No coach honestly can, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I guarantee is direct, specific guidance based on real experience — the actual outcome depends on factors outside either of our control, like the market and timing.
